Changing the name on a ticket is NOT permitted as tickets are non-transferable. After the original scheduled departure, you can not change to another sailing date or get a refund. However, you can change the sailing date or get a refund with paying 500 JPY, before the original scheduled departure shown on the ticket. Open Tickets Open ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, and it is available only for return ticket. Tickets Refund 10% cancellation fee charged if canceled 7 days or more before departure. 20% cancellation fee charged if less than 7 days and 48 hours before departure. 30% cancellation fee charged if less than 48 hours and 24 hours before departure. No refunds will be given if less than 24 hours before departure. The passenger should begin refund procedure within 2 months since you request for the cancellation by telephone or email. Cabin Upgrades Cabin upgrade is available with paying the balance. You can apply for cabin upgrade either at our ferry check-in counter or at the information desk on board. Lost Tickets You can get a replacement ticket with paying 20% of your original ticket fare. Once your ticket is reissued, the original ticket becomes invalid in any case.
